I think the TeamSpeak server backup capability provided by the paid hosted service is HORRIBLE. A few months back your server was hacked or crashed or broken... never really got a clear answer... and you had to restore my TS server (after being down for many many hours) and all that was restored was the channel topology. All of the icon customization's and other unique configurations... were lost. I would think that when you have a paid hosting solution... that backups and restoration would be something included... not "best effort".

I emailed customer support and got a "sorry". Well "sorry" if I recommend to everyone I come into contact with in the gaming world that they NOT use this provider for ANYTHING. The email thread is below...
